At Talenti artisanal skills are combined with research and technology to offer highly impactful products that merge indoor elegance with resistant materials for ideal outdoor use
by Claudia Giulia Ferrauto
Thanks to its ability to interpret and anticipate trends when creating its Made in Italy design pieces with exclusive shapes and materials, Talenti takes off on the international scene, with an extensive presence in as many as 65 countries worldwide. It is therefore no surprise that the novelties are already creating quite a lot of buzz.
At the top: Created by acclaimed Italian designer Marco Acerbis, CleoSoft plays with shape and balance for a composition, which can easily be declined in different ways but always with a sense of calm, elegance and simplicity.
Allure, Christophe Pillet’s new collection, encloses quality and comfort in a modular sofa.
Talenti is a constantly evolving company that combines elegance, functionality, and quality by offering a rich catalogue of dining and living products suitable for contracts and residential projects. The collections are signed by ps+a Palomba Serafini Associati, Ramón Esteve, Marco Acerbis, Jean Philippe Nuel and Christophe Pillet. Over time, the company has shown increasing attention towards the world of design and today it offers products that can meet not only the more classic tastes, but also the more contemporary.
Talenti’s good taste also embraces the protection of our planet. Therefore, the new collections, which have always been interpreted by brands closely tied to the company, such as Ludovica+Roberto Palomba, Marco Acerbis, and Christophe Pillet, put years of research to use by introducing innovative materials and workmanship that allow Talenti to manufacture with green materials like eco-friendly resin, Vitter, aluminium, Accoya, as well as fabrics made with recycled plastic.
Leaf, a collection inspired by lightness, gets a green upgrade signed by Marco Acerbis. The brand-new version in wood with 100% sustainable coating, combines an inspiration of nature with the use of green and enveloping material.
The result is collections by Ludovica+Roberto Palomba Salinas, George Collection, Argo Alu and Argo Wood, plus Allure, the new modular concept by Christophe Pillet, and Kukà by Niccolò Adolini, up to CleoSoft and the new green version of the Leaf collection signed by Marco Acerbis.
The Salinas family includes a sofa, armchairs, dining table and coffee table. It is a collection which reveals Talenti’s love for playing with and mixing different materials. Sofa and armchairs have a structure in varnished aluminium, backrests in rope and generous paddings. The dining table is available both with a cement structure and in Accoya and is a surface placed on a monolithic base made of three-faceted columns. The same concept is applied to the coffee table. George Collection is a sophisticated collection using steel, which is the red thread of the entire project, and fully covered in a weave of slightly padded rope.
Completing the rose of collections designed by studio Palomba is the Argo Alu and Argo Wood Collection, an evocative name that navigates in search of the golden fleece, in a combination of research, aesthetics and creative freedom. A shell of magical wood – in the Argo Woodversion with exclusive use of Accoya wood – which becomes even more sophisticated in the aluminium version – Argo Alu.
THE NEW COLLECTIONS PUT YEARS OF RESEARCH
TO USE BY INTRODUCING INNOVATIVE MATERIALS THAT ALLOW TALENTI TO MANUFACTURE WITH GREEN MATERIALS LIKE ECO-FRIENDLY RESIN, VITTER, ALUMINIUM, ACCOYA, AS WELL AS FABRICS MADE
WITH RECYCLED PLASTIC.
Christophe Pillet, on the other hand, created Allure, a modular collection characterised by delicate aluminium feet and developing horizontally on a solid frame in Accoya wood which is the backdrop of the most diverse combinations. The base of the sofa varies and can either be reduced or changed its appearance to create supporting surfaces and unexpected integrated side tables that generate a rhythm throughout the room and offer practical solutions with a high aesthetic value. Kukà, by Niccolò Adolini, is an original collection including lamps, side tables, and vases for both interiors and exteriors.
Tikal, the outdoor kitchen by Talenti signed by Nicola De Pellegrini, has a rationalist style. The structure is made of zinc, magnesium, aluminium and stainless steel, with special outdoor varnishes suitable for high temperatures. The top’s material texture is obtained using large cement-effect stoneware slabs. Tikal is a product expressing the elegance, durability and quality of a completely Made in Italy product.
The lamp becomes a true decorative element, capable of creating an atmosphere. A particularly charming note is the object’s versatility, as it is at once an atmosphere light, side table, and, at the end of the evening, reveals itself as a precious box where you can place those small items that are often useful when outside, but which you don’t want to leave scattered around nor take back and forth with you when you need them.
Talenti also offers the new concept of the Leaf collection in the brand new version in wood, enriched by an innovative recycled and recyclable coating – in line with the philosophy of circular design. Acerbis, on the other hand, combines the inspiration of nature with an enveloping and warm embrace. A product that bears witness to the fact that Talenti perfectly combines design and sustainability by matching recycled fabric to wood.
