The Fountaine Pajot Sailing Catamarans brand unveiled Tanna 47, a new 47-foot model that succeeds her elder sister, the Saona 47. The Tanna 47 will be presented at the Cannes Yachting Festival in September.
The Tanna 47 features a U-shaped galley and a large opening bay door. The innovative galley area features over 300 litres of storage space, and the new layout allows for a user-friendly saloon with a lounger and ergonomic watchkeeping station. The chart table simplifies moving around onboard while sailing and makes it both safe and convivial for cruising.
The flybridge’s Lounge area is twice the size of her predecessor, the Saona 47. The “Lounge deck” allows sailing serenely even when short-handed, giving easy access to sailing manoeuvres.
Like the New 51, the Tanna 47 can also benefit from a large area of solar panels, ranging from 5 to 9m², offering ever more self-sufficiency underway.
The layout can be chosen between the Owner’s version, with its 3 cabins, one being a suite with a walk-in shower, or the Quintet version with 5 suites and their 5 private bathrooms.
The Tanna 47 will be exhibited at the Cannes Yachting Festival during the Fountaine Pajot Group Press Conference, held on Monday, September 2, 2021, at the Radisson Blu 1835 Hotel.
