LA COLLEZIONE DI ALTA GIOIELLERIA SOIE DIOR DI VICTOIRE DE CASTELLANE gioca con le parole così come la designer gioca con le pietre e i simboli. Qui la seta è quella di un nastro, come un trait d’union fra alta moda e gioielleria, due mondi tra cui Victoire de Castellane tesse i legami. Per riprodurre la flessibilità della seta negli effetti delle pietre, gli artigiani dei migliori atelier di alta gioielleria di Parigi hanno dovuto mettere a punto capolavori di ingegno e di savoir-faire. Ovunque l’oro è articolato in modo tale da essere quanto più fedele possibile al movimento. Le cascate di diamanti sono movimentate da tagli diversi – navette, baguette, ovale, goccia, brillante – e le pietre sono montate ad altezze differenti in modo che il rilievo riproduca al meglio gli effetti scintillanti del tessuto.

SOIE DIOR HIGH JEWELLERY COLLECTION BY VICTOIRE DE CASTELLANE delights in word play as well as the designer in stones and symbols. Here, the silk comes in the form of a ribbon, a trait d’union between high couture and jewellery, two worlds its designer ties together. In order to reproduce the curling and twisting effect of silk in stones, the artisans of the best fine jewellery ateliers in Paris gave their all to create these treasures of genius and savoir-faire. Every piece of gold is shaped to reproduce movement as accurately as possible. Movement is created thanks to the different cutting styles of the diamonds: marquise, baguette, oval, pear, brilliant; the stones are mounted at different heights to better highlight the fabric’s shiny finish.
