Benetti launches M/Y Juno’s 7, the first unit of the new Class 44M range

Benetti celebrates the launch of M/Y Juno’s 7, the first unit of the new Class 44M line. Designed entirely by Cassetta Yacht Designers, this 44-metre fibreglass yacht represents a synthesis of tradition and modernity, with interiors that recall the brand’s heritage and a design conceived for maximum comfort and relaxation.

The exterior lines and interiors of the Class 44M reflect Cassetta Yacht Designers’ contemporary approach, incorporating the shipyard’s technical know-how. As underlined by Daniela Petrozzi, Benetti’s Sales Director, ‘M/Y Juno’s 7 represents Benetti’s excellence and tradition reinterpreted in a modern key”. The interior spaces have been designed to offer an informal and welcoming atmosphere, avoiding decorative excesses. Brightness is a central design element, achieved thanks to transparent surfaces such as the large side mirrors in the main saloon, which reflect natural light and glimpses of the sea.

Natural materials and sustainable design

Great attention was paid to the choice of materials. The interior floors, in antique elm, have been worked to preserve the wood’s natural knots, while the walls are clad in striped ash, selected to obtain a uniform, harmonious pattern. In the bathrooms, spatulate resin replaces marble, reserved only for details such as the washbasins in the master bathroom and the dayhead on the Main Deck. The use of FSC-certified materials reflects a sustainable approach aimed at optimising every part of the wood.

Layout and liveability on board

The Class 44M is designed for comfort and privacy, both while sailing and in port. The Main Deck houses the owner’s cabin, a large saloon with a direct view of the sea, as well as the galley and services. The Upper Deck includes the helm station, a living area that extends outwards and an optional VIP cabin. On the Lower Deck are four guest cabins and the crew area, while the Sun Deck offers over 102 square metres dedicated to relaxation. The beach club flush with the water, conceived as an independent and versatile space, adds a dramatic touch to the overall design. The garage, located along the port side, completes the technical facilities.

Acoustic comfort and advanced technology

M/Y Juno’s 7 is distinguished by a class-leading level of soundproofing, thanks to floating floors and bulkheads and elastic joints in the transmissions. The air conditioning and purification system ensures efficient air exchange with six cycles per hour, contributing to the well-being of guests.

Equipped with two 1,400 hp Man engines, the yacht reaches a maximum speed of 15 knots and offers a range of 4,100 nautical miles at a cruising speed of 11 knots. These features make it ideal for long cruises in total safety.

With the Class 44M, Benetti sets a new standard for mid-size yachts, combining innovation, sustainability and elegance, pillars of the brand’s philosophy.
