Wallypower58, design unveiled

The latest addition to the wallypower line, wallypower58 marks the beginning of the renewal of the iconic Wally range. It will make its world debut at the Venice Boat Show 2022 (28 May – 5 June).

The wallypower58 will also be the protagonist of a tour that will see it first in Monaco (12 – 29 May), continuing to Venice (28 May – 5 June), Saint Tropez (12 – 15 June), Barcelona (17 – 19 June) and finally Ibiza (21 – 27 June).

Like the wallypower118, the wallypower58 is characterised by clean, essential lines dominated by the double-edged hull and innovative air intakes. The interior is flooded with natural light from above, which made it possible to avoid the traditional port or starboard windows.

The design of the wallypower58’s superstructure embodies some of the most recognisable features of the Wally DNA, such as the wraparound, pillarless windows, wide and deep walk-throughs and large social areas in contact with the surroundings.

Comfort and practicality

The cockpit layout is adaptable to all weather conditions, while the adjustable aft sundeck offers several options to accommodate four adults. In the stern, folding bulwarks increase deck space by up to 25 square metres. The hydraulic platform has a dual function: it allows easy and safe access to the sea and the storage of water toys and tenders. The iconic Wally hydraulic gangway is included as standard equipment.

Onboard the wallypower58 the interior layout has been designed with flexibility for up to four guests. Layouts include the full-beam ‘double saloon’ and the ‘flexi-guest’ that provides an additional guest cabin, which, in turn, can be replaced by a crew berth with en-suite bathroom.

The Volvo IPS propulsion system is equipped with software to manage the manoeuvring joystick, dynamic positioning and Assisted Docking. It is also possible to choose between various engine powers with the ability to exceed 30 knots of speed in long range cruising. Wally has chosen the triple configuration for a reduced draft, while the ultra-deep V-shaped hull ensures stability even in the harshest weather conditions.
