The first model presented at the market is called Aria and made its worldwide debut at the latest Cannes Yachting Festival. The Sunreef Power 80 made its entrance with full honours, and things are looking good for it, as one has been bought by tennis star Rafael Nadal, who is a big fan of life at sea and is awaiting delivery of his yacht in 2020. The naval architecture and the design have been entirely developed by the yard.
You can get on board using two different sets of stairs that lead to the principal cockpit on the main deck, and which at the same time are two perfect platforms from which to dive once you are anchored. On board, immediately after the cockpit area, we find a large living room with a sitting area and a galley along the port side, which serves as a counterbalance to the steering position located to starboard. Between the two areas is the glass door that gives direct access to the bow terrace, which can also be reached along the gangways that run either side of the deckhouse. Leading off from the cockpit, which is the real focus of the access routes on board, there are both the stairs that go up to the fly bridge and those that go down to the crew’s service areas.
Located on the fly bridge, as well as sunbathing and relaxation areas, there are two consoles set forward on either side of the boat, so that you can manoeuvre in complete safety and easily, and which are perfectly integrated with the design that surrounds them.
The interior layout is elegant, has clean lines and offers wide customisation options. Indeed, the lines of the hulls and the superstructure provide sufficient liveable areas to make many different configurations possible: you can choose from these to create a yacht that is absolutely unique and personal.
In total there are six set-ups possible for the area below decks. The cabins for the owners and their guests range from three to a maximum of five, and they are all equipped with a private bathroom and large cupboards. According to the interior layout that is chosen, some are also equipped with a changing area, or an entire cabin room for changing, a reading corner and a study area. Along the hull sides, large steel portholes ensure luminosity in the rooms in all the possible set-ups.
One of the options on offer is particularly scenic and spectacular: the one with the owner’s suite set up in the bow area of the main deck. The huge windows that surround the deckhouse mean that it is full of light, it has private access to the bow terrace, as well as a breathtaking view. In all the available layouts, the maximum number of guests that can be housed on board is twelve. The crew and service areas are separated and have a different entrance that can be reached straight from the cockpit, so as to ensure the best possible level of privacy on board.
The Sunreef Power 80 has an elegant livery that frames the generous and well-distributed spaces. The details and technical characteristics, together with the versatility of the customisation options, make it an ideal yacht for long cruises in great comfort.
There are plenty of outside areas where you can relax and enjoy the sun. The exteriors, which are completely finished in teak and stainless steel, provide great flexibility and comfort both on the main deck and on the fly bridge. There is so much room on the fly bridge that it even has a hot bath, a bar and living area and a sun bathing area, as well as the two control consoles already mentioned. The steps of the stairs to get to the cockpit, like many other details on board, are back-lit and thus further bring out the design and make the on-board atmosphere very refined and evocative from sunset to late into the evening.
The Power 80 offers two different engine options: a pair of either 575 or 1200 horsepower engines, with five or eight thousand litre fuel tanks. The tender garage is very spacious and as well as the tender and the two jet skis, it can house equipment and various water toys, becoming a treasure trove of devices to have fun at sea. The launch and recovery system is especially easy thanks to the innovative central platform, which is very comfortable to use when shifting the tender. It can also be used as a small beach area stretching out into the sea if positioned, without carrying anything, at water level.
Power 80 has an innate elegance and is designed so that time at sea is enjoyable. The elegant and eye-catching design and the degree of privacy available in the onboard areas make the Sunreef 80 a perfect oasis in which to spend your free time.
