Raymarine unveils a host of new products at BOOT Düsseldorf 2023

At BOOT Düsseldorf, Raymarine announced a number of new products, including the Axiom® 2 Pro range of multifunction chartplotters, the RVM1600 CHIRP sounder module, new LightHouse charts with expanded coverage, and the CAM300 IP camera for day and night vision.

Grégoire Outters, General Manager of Raymarine, said, “We are returning to BOOT Düsseldorf with an outstanding product range, offering a complete solution for today’s boaters. Customers are looking for intuitive and easy-to-use onboard navigation systems. We are confident that our award-winning range of boating electronics will be very well received by visitors to the show.”

Axiom 2 Pro

The new Axiom 2 Pro is the most powerful Axiom chartplotter ever developed by Raymarine. With a new all-in-one display featuring the latest LightHouse 4 operating system, it integrates with an advanced Raymarine navigation network including radar, autopilot and Lighthouse charts, as well as FLIR thermal night vision technology. The new 6-core processor enables faster chart scrolling, instant response and the ability to run multiple apps simultaneously.

Axiom 2 Pro is developed with Raymarine’s exclusive HydroTough™ coating, which repels water to ensure reliable touchscreen control in all conditions. Users can also take advantage of customizable control keys on all models, including a selection of programmable soft keys or autopilot controls. The Axiom 2 Pro S with integrated CHIRP sounder is designed for power and sailboats.

The Axiom 2 Pro RVM, designed for fishermen, features the brand new integrated RealVision® MAX sounder. This high-quality fishfinder builds on Raymarine’s already impressive technology, allowing users to see deeper, with clarity never before experienced.

RVM1600 is a remotely installable sounder module for use with Raymarine’s Axiom family of displays. The RVM1600 incorporates RealVision MAX CHIRP echosounder technology, which provides greater clarity and better images of fish.

Fishing enthusiasts will also appreciate the capabilities of the multichannel fishfinder. Conventional DownVision, SideVision, 3D, and CHIRP fishfinders have all been upgraded to enable better long-range performance and higher resolution with new and improved RealVision MAX CHIRP fishfinder transducers.

Also new is the CAM300 mini IP camera for day and night vision. Equipped with an HD video sensor, the CAM300 turns the Axiom into a powerful on-board video observation system. This compact camera can be combined with the AR200 sensor to enable the ClearCruise™ augmented reality option, a stunning user experience that overlays AIS targets, waypoints, and chart objects directly onto the Axiom’s high-definition video display.

New LightHouse charts

Raymarine will also launch new expanded regional LightHouse charts. Created from official hydrographic sources, LightHouse charts offer maximum detail, intuitive navigation, and superior quality. With a premium subscription, boaters have access to an ever-expanding library of points of interest, enabling them to quickly find marinas, fuel stations, restaurants, supermarkets and more. Thanks to the new ultra-fast processor, cards are now drawn faster and are available on pre-loaded microSD cards. New regions include Western Europe, Northern Europe, the Mediterranean, Australia and New Zealand; North American charts have been updated.

Raymarine awaits you at booth B18, Hall 10, from January 21-29, 2023.
