The Nobu Fairmont Monte Carlo restaurant, with its luxurious ambience and chic atmosphere, serves the cuisine of world-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa, with Japanese-inspired dishes and Peruvian influences such as Black Cod Yusu and Beef Hobayaki on its menu. Starting in July, a DJ will liven up the evenings every Friday and Saturday.
