The fuel distribution facility at Cala del Forte, Ventimiglia’s marina, is operated by Servizio Mare srl, a specialized company that has been in the bunkering business since 1983
The refuelling station is strategically located at the entrance to the port and, in addition to fuel delivery, offers personalized assistance in handling customs bunkering clearance paperwork. The inauguration ceremony was attended by Gian Battista Borea d’Olmo, CEO of Cala del Forte, Massimo Calvi, CEO of Servizio Mare, Marco Cornacchia, director of Cala del Forte, Dr. Samuele De Lucia, prefectural commissioner of the Municipality of Ventimiglia, Lieutenant Np Giovanni Larizza, Commander of the Local Maritime Office of Ventimiglia, and architect Marco Filippo Alborno, designer of Cala del Forte.
The opening of the fueling station completes Cala del Forte’s range of services available to boaters and the local area, including 582 parking spaces in the port’s parking lots, the elevator connecting to Upper Ventimiglia, the two Enel X fast-charging stations for electric cars, the Aqua superPower electric boat charging station, five restaurants, bars, the gymnasium, shipchandler, and brokerage and boat services agencies.
Days and hours of operation March 1-April 30
In on-call mode within 60 minutes: Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays and Fridays from 9 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. with staff in attendance: Saturdays from 9 a.m. to noon and 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. Facility closure: on Wednesdays and Sundays.
