Azimut ready for Dubai International Boat Show 2023

At the Middle East’s most important and well-attended boat show, scheduled for March 1-5, Azimut will exhibit four models that are already masterpieces: the Fly 68 and 53, S10 and the Grande 27M

With more than 800 brands present, 30,000 visitors expected and 150 boats on display, the Dubai International Boat Show is ready to raise the curtain on the most important boat show in the Middle East now in its 29th edition. From March 1 to 5, the stands and docks of the brand-new Dubai Harbour will be bustling with boat owners, marine enthusiasts and industry professionals. An appointment therefore not to be missed in which Azimut will also take part. Determined to continue its growth strategy in these regions, the Italian brand will exhibit some top models that have already attracted the sympathies and interest of those shipowners ready to be amazed and excited by the solutions adopted.

Queen of the show will be the Fly 68, the latest in the Flybridge family born from the collaboration between the shipyard and designers Alberto Mancini and Achille Salvagni. The two architects have been able to design a 21-meter yacht that, thanks to the three different deck layouts, is a semi-custom capable of intercepting owners with different needs. A quality that has allowed it to already become a best-seller. From a technical point of view, Fly 68 also holds pleasant surprises: the combination of a twin pod propulsion and an optimized hull brings this model into the new family of Azimut’s Low Emission Yachts, created to guarantee a reduction in consumption and emissions of between 20 and 30 percent compared to boats of the same weight and size with a traditional-edge hull and centerline.

Also on display in Dubai are Grande 27M and Fly 53, two models that have always been appreciated in the area for the solutions adopted on board and for their excellent seaworthiness. The Avigliana shipyard‘s exhibition space at the Dubai Boat Show is located at Seas & Deserts No. MD-35.

On the performance side, towers the “S” of speed and sport: S10, a model pioneered by Azimut’s “Carbon Tech Generation” for the extensive use of carbon fiber, adopted to lighten laminated components by up to 30 percent, guaranteeing performance, stability and maneuverability, and extended on-board volumes. S10, a 28-meter sportboat for relaxing and performance cruises, reprises the signature of Alberto Mancini for the water lines and exteriors; designing the living area, however, is Francesco Guida. The sleek profile, featuring a two-level cockpit with a more reserved living area, characterizes the sporty soul proper to this Azimut series. And just like a seaside villa, the interiors have been designed where a lot has been played on the combination of fine woods and white lacquer, embellished with brushstrokes, decorations and furniture tops.
