Austin Parker Yachts, an Italian yachting brand with commercial headquarters in Liguria and a production yard in Pisa, has been acquired by well-known Turkish entrepreneur Baris Nalcaci.
Austin Parker Yachts is a leading yacht-building company with more than 25 years of history in Europe and the United States.
Giovanni Sebastiano Gravagno, founder of Austin Parker Yachts, said, “With the entry of Baris Nalcaci, a new era begins for the brand. His experience in global brand development, composite and other materials, and product design will help us in the new project. We feel fortunate to have him as an investor, so we can start this journey from our new construction site, which covers an area of 27 thousand square meters, at the Navicelli Canal in Pisa, just 5 km from Galileo Galilei International Airport.”
