THE NOBU RESTAURANT WHICH IS POPULAR AROUND THE WORLD, offers a unique concept that combines traditional Japanese cuisine with the ingredients of South America thus achieving a mild union of spices and flavorings. Nobuyuki “Nobu” Matsuhisa is also present in the Principality, at Fairmont Monte Carlo. The master chef and restaurateur says of himself: «I always put something special in my dishes, my heart, or kokoro, as we say in Japanese, and, in fact, you have to make your kitchen the place you love. For me, cooking is in particular making small surprises to the customers, motivating them to want to discover their hidden tastes». Nobu Fairmont Monte Carlo is open daily for dinner in a chic and convivial atmosphere. Lo chef del Nobu ha quarantadue anni e ha una lunga carriera alle spalle con esperienze nei migliori ristoranti di Francia e in giro per il mondo, tra cui la Grecia. Tra i piatti preferiti dai suoi aficionados ritroviamo l’unico Black cod yuzu miso, il Yellowtail sashimi con Jalapeno oppure il Tartare di manzo Wagyu. Molto particolare anche il “Seven to Nine”, una combinazione tutta da scoprire all’ora dell’aperitivo. Una coppa di champagne da degustare davanti al Mediterraneo, accompagnata da stuzzichini preparati dallo chef Jérôme Lorvellec e la sua squadra.
The chef of Nobu is forty-two and has a long career behind him with experiences in the best restaurants in France and around the world, including Greece. Some of the favorite dishes of his aficionados is the unique Black cod yuzu miso, the Yellowtail Sashimi with Jalapeno or the Wagyu beef Tartare. The “Seven to Nine” is also unique, a must try as an aperitif. A glass of champagne to be enjoyed in front of the Mediterranean, accompanied by appetizers prepared by Chef Jérôme Lorvellec and his team.
